Grilling Master Class: Ranch Chicken Burger 101

Nothing like a juicy burger fresh off the grill! Sometimes though I want to eat a little healthier yet still have the meaty goodness of a cheeseburger. That’s when I make a Ranch Chicken Burger complete with a tasty Ranch Burger Sauce that is the very definition awesome sauce. The chicken burger is super easy to put together and even easier to grill on a Bull Griddle.

Ranch chicken Burger on the Bull Griddle

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Ranch Dressing Powder Mix
  • 1 Grilled Lemon
  • 1 Cup Pork Panko or Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Bacon chopped & raw

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl until combined but do not over mix.
  2. Form into desired size burger patties. Grill on a lightly greased medium heat preheated Bull Griddle until both sides are caramelized and the chicken burger has reached an internal temp of 165°F. It should take about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Top with cheese and serve with your favorite toppings.

Ranch Burger Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Ranch Dressing Powder Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Mayo
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Chipotle Powder
  • 1 Grilled Lemon

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until needed.
